Understand your student licenses
After a student completes the Typing Agent course, their license can be reused by another student within that year.
Before reassigning a license: the previous student’s account data will not be saved when the license is reused.
Unused licenses cannot be carried over from year to year.
Renewal notices are issued before your account is due to expire so your team can plan its next subscription period.
